At AMANDAHAIRS, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unaltered condition. To maintain hygiene standards, all hair extensions and wigs must be returned with the lace uncut and original packaging intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at support@amandahairs.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place the unused hair in its original bundle or wig box, ensuring all tags, gifts, and protective nets are included to avoid a restocking fee.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our quality inspection warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the hair, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
